HighRoller Casino support: contact channels and responsible gambling tools

Where to ask the casino a question, how complaints are meant to travel and which limits a player can set.

Megan ThorburnBy · updated October 22, 2026

Short answer Support is reachable by e-mail and live chat; the home page says 24/7, and no phone line is listed. Players can set deposit, loss and wager limits, a 24-hour or 7-day time out, or self-exclude for 2, 3 or 6 months or indefinitely.

HighRoller Casino support is built around two channels, live chat and e-mail, and a responsible gambling section that is more detailed than most pages of this kind. On 22 October 2026 we read the home page, the responsible gambling page and the terms and conditions. This page shows how to reach HighRoller Casino support, what to put in a message and which tools you can switch on yourself.

How to contact HighRoller Casino support

The home page advertises "24/7 customer support from knowledgeable representatives". The terms and the responsible gambling page name the same two channels: live chat and [email protected], which is also the operator's e-mail address in the footer. No phone number is listed anywhere we read.

We could not open the chat window, so we cannot say how long the answers take, in which languages it runs or whether it asks for a login first.

What to include in a message

  • The e-mail address of the account, never the password.
  • The date and time, the amount and the method for any payment question.
  • The exact text of the rule you are asking about, with the page it came from.
  • A request for the answer in writing if the chat gives it verbally.

The casino may call you

The terms allow the casino to phone you when it needs to carry out a check. A win is not processed until the manager has been consulted, and the call goes to the number you gave at registration. If the number is wrong or missing and you do not answer an e-mail to arrange the call, the casino may suspend or block the account. So the phone line works in one direction only, and a number you can answer is part of keeping the account in order. The documents the casino asks for are listed on withdrawals.

Complaints: the route in the terms

A complaint goes first to the support department, which acknowledges it as soon as reasonably possible and escalates it if support cannot resolve it. The casino aims to settle each complaint within 30 days. If the casino cannot resolve it, the terms refer you to the Estonian Tax and Customs Board. In a dispute, the terms also say the server logs and other records have the greatest authority, even if the screen of your device shows another result. Where the casino sits and which licence it holds is explained on the licence page.

HighRoller Casino support: responsible gambling tools

HighRoller Casino VIP page called ROLR with a butler in white gloves holding a key tagged VIP
The VIP page named ROLR (22 October 2026): a picture of a hand in a white glove holding a key with a VIP tag, and the line Reserved for those who play with intent.

The tools sit on the responsible gambling page and, for some, in the account menu. The page above shows the VIP section, where a personal account manager is promised; the tools below are separate and open to every player.

ToolWhat it does
Net deposit limitCaps deposits in a period, but allows a further deposit equal to what you withdrew in that period
Loss limitCaps the net amount you can lose in a day, a week or a month
Wager limitCaps bets, with the same periods
Time outA 24-hour or 7-day break; the account reopens by itself
Self-exclusion2, 3 or 6 months, then the account reopens; or indefinite, until you ask support to reopen it

How a net deposit limit works

Take a daily net deposit limit of $100. You deposit $100 and cannot deposit more that day. If you then withdraw $60, the limit lets you deposit a further $60 in the same period. Only successful deposits and withdrawals count. The periods are measured on the casino's clock, CET: a day runs from 00:00 to 23:59, a week from Monday to Sunday and a month from its first day to its last.

Changing a limit

Tightening a limit or extending its duration takes effect at once. Easing or removing a limit waits for a 48-hour cooling-off period. A fixed-term self-exclusion can be shortened after the same 48 hours, and an indefinite one can be cancelled after 7 days, though the casino may refuse to cancel a permanent exclusion. The casino can also impose limits and blocks on its own initiative if it thinks that is needed.

HighRoller Casino support: time out and self-exclusion in practice

A time out started from the account menu or the responsible gambling page applies at once. One requested by e-mail does not, and the casino says it is not responsible for money lost while that e-mail is processed. The same applies to a closure request by e-mail: the casino confirms it by e-mail once done. For a quick stop, use the account menu.

During a time out or an exclusion you cannot open a new account. If you do open one with different details, the terms say the casino may close it at once and remove winnings and bonus funds. The casino is not told about exclusions you set on other gambling sites, so each one has to be set separately, except that your limits apply on all the operator's own websites.

Outside help the casino names

  • 15410.ee, an Estonian gambling counselling service.
  • BeGambleAware, with confidential support.
  • GamblingTherapy, which offers advice and an app.
  • Gamblers Anonymous, a fellowship of people in similar situations.
  • HAMPI, a register for blocking casino sites with an Estonian licence. It is meant for residents of Estonia; a non-resident can write to [email protected] with a full name and date of birth.
  • Filter tools for shared devices, such as GamBlock, Net Nanny and Betfilter.

The casino adds a self-assessment test with nine questions and a scoring guide, and the usual advice: spend only what you can afford to lose, do not chase losses, take breaks and keep a single account. Players must be 21 or older, or above if their country sets a higher age.

Support for VIP players

The VIP programme promises a dedicated account manager, which is a separate channel from the general support. What that manager handles and how you reach them is not published; see the VIP page.

HighRoller Casino: questions and answers

Question 01

Can I tighten a limit at once?

Tightening applies immediately; loosening or removing a limit takes a 48-hour cooling-off period.

Question 02

Where do I find outside help?

The casino names 15410.ee, BeGambleAware, GamblingTherapy and Gamblers Anonymous. See also the licence page for the complaint route.

Question 03

Is there a phone number?

No phone number is listed. The casino may phone you, though, to verify an account, using the number you registered.

Question 04

Is an e-mail request as fast as the account menu?

No. A time out or closure requested by e-mail does not take effect immediately, and the casino says it is not responsible for money lost while the e-mail is processed.

Question 05

Do my limits apply to other sites?

They apply across all websites operated by the same operator, according to the responsible gambling page.
